Five on Friday [6.19.15]

Happy Friday!!!!  It's going to be a long, long weekend, however.  We have 500+ tennis players from all over the Midwest coming for a closed tournament.  And rain is predicted.  Lots and lots of rain.  If you wouldn't mind doing a little non-rain dance for me it would be greatly appreciated!  Now, let's get down to this week's Five on Friday...

ONE
Bestie MHDRL came into town last week to surprise her mom for her retirement.  It was a spectacularly fun week complete with a surprise party, a trip to the Children's Museum, lots of snuggles, and lots of giggles.  Perfection.

TWO
Sweet Friend A whipped up 21 racks of ribs for said surprise party.  They were absolutely delicious!  I contributed edamame salad.  So easy and so perfect for a BBQ.

THREE
We're loving our new Back Porch Rules....they serve as a great reminder to slow down and enjoy.

FOUR
Have y'all checked out @pklthcellar on Instagram??  They have the most fabulous vintage items listed on Thursdays.  I'm almost afraid to mention it because that just means more competition....

FIVE

It's been hard juggling things lately.  I'm constantly feeling as though something has to give.  I've been using this as a little reminder that not everything has to be perfect...
