Three-Peat and #20

Well, my boys did it again....Saturday they won their third consecutive state title and #20 for our school (the next closest school in the record books has 8).

It's an incredible accomplishment, one in which these young men have been working towards since they were little and finished the season 21-0.

Please ignore the hat and 42 layers....I know it's a lovely look, but it was soooo cold.

Our number one singles and doubles team are undefeated in State Tournament play and are continuing on in the individual state tournament next weekend.  The last time our school earned a "triple crown" (winning the team, singles, and doubles tournament) was in 1995, when yours truly may or may not have been at the school herself.



One last incredible factor: 13 of the 14 players from both teams in the finals play in our
summer tennis program.  It's so nice to see good kids successful.
