ONE
Another tennis season is officially in the books. Our number one singles player and doubles team competed in the individual state finals last weekend, with our doubles team capturing the state title. I couldn't be happier for these two.
TWO
We enjoyed a Greek roasted pork shoulder this week. Although it takes a long time to cook, the prep work is minimal and it's sooo yummy.
THREE
Continuing with the Greek love, we celebrated OXI Day on Wednesday.
FOUR
Our Spooktacular Bat Cave is ready for some Trick or Treaters...all three of them...although I've heard through the grapevine, this year we might actually get four! This year I added more bats, but it's been too rainy to photograph, and the squirrels have found the pumpkins. Boo.
