I had to pick all the kale from the garden before the snow arrived. We've been enjoying pan-fried kale....
....and kale chicken Caesar salad with Parmesan crisps all week. Seriously delicious. Think Panera, but better. The Parmesan crisps are a breeze with the Silpat liners and are so much yummier than croutons.

We whipped up some Snow Ice Cream......

....some slow cooked sticky chicken.....
...and chicken tortellini soup. The perfect solution to the cold.
