Lemon Chicken with Capers and Artichokes
- 3-4 chicken breasts (or any piece, this just happened to be what I had)
- jar capers
- juice and zest of one lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning mix (make here, buy here )
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix all ingredients and spread evenly in 9x13 pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
