Pepperoncini Beef Sliders with Vegetables
- 1 chuck roast
- 1 jar pepperoncini, with juice
- 1 jar hot mixed vegetables, with juice (These are found right next to the pepperoncini. The mix we used included cauliflower and carrots.)
- 1 envelope Italian Dressing Mix
- 1 can beef broth
Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. When tender, remove beef and shred. Can serve juice as a dipping sauce as is, or can dilute with a bit of beef broth to taste. We served these sandwiches on toasted slider buns with Provolone cheese.
